Preparing for Funeral Service for my Father

Hello everyone, thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to read a short story of my father's troubled life, that I am now responsible for handling the final moments of and memorial services for.  My father,  Anibal, is 64 years old and currently in Liver and Renal failure. He leaves behind two beautiful  grandchildren that did not get to spend that quality time with him I wish they could have, that he deserves. Anibal has been in and out of the hospital since September, he is now on 24hr dialysis, not fully responsive, not eating and in consistent pain. The Doctors and Nurses at Advent Health are transferring him back to ORMC and are doing aggressive care.  He is full code which means they will do what's necessary to resuscitate him but he could become vegetative  state and they would only be doing comfort care until his passing. I am doing whatever means necessary to ensure he passes with what dignity he has left and finally be at peace.
