We are organising this for our dear Edwina and Aaron so that they can be fed, nourished and cared for while caring for their darling girl Francesca.
Francesca was diagnosed with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (non-DS AMKL) at just five weeks of age. Edwina and Aaron will be beside their darling girl while she undergoes treatment for the next three months at the Royal Children's Hospital.
We will be using this support to assist in providing nourishing meals for Edwina and Aaron during their hospital stay. It will be a combined effort of a roster of those of us who can cook and provide a meal, and a meal delivery service for those who would like to assist through financial support for this service.
If an alternate decision needs to be made about where to allocate any excess funds, we will make a decision with Aaron and Edwina how this best provide them support and communicate this with you all.
