Edu’s Funeral Expenses

On Saturday, July 18th, our little brother, Eduardo Hernandez Cuevas, Edu as our family and community loving called him, passed away unexpectedly. Edu was 20 years young and full of life. He loved music and food. His favorite ice cream was cookies and cream! He considered himself the biggest foodie ever. He also wanted to be a rapper when he was younger. Edu was passionate about fashion and history. He was often at protests and actions in the city with his older sisters, Liz and Itzel. Edu was a fierce defender of his community and family and will always be remembered a true momma's boy. Our communities and family across the U.S. and Mexico are mourning the immense loss of our little brother and the son of Virginia and Lazaro. Mourning the loss of a loved one in the middle of a pandemic is an extreme hardship.
