Honoring Fran Moncayo - Melina's Educational Fund

Francisco Moncayo passed away unexpectedly this past Tuesday, January 28, 2020 leaving behind a devoted wife, (Angela "Annie" O'Dorisio), a beautiful daughter, a loving family and so many wonderful friends. He was 46 years old. Fran was generous and caring and went above and beyond for those he loved.
