Dear Reader,
some months ago I met Alieu from Gambia and heard his story.
As for in Gambia there are many life stories like him, somehow we met.
His parents have died and he is the oldest to support his entire family.
while he hasn't finished last year of school it is difficult to find legal work for Alieu.

I want to give Alieu a chance to live, to work and to provide for his whole family (this includes a grandmother, and several siblings and who knows, hopefully after graduating and working he can support and help many others in his village)

With the help of the organisation "Kids for Gambia" we found a Programm where he can graduate and possibly do a training/course in agriculture.
I already talked to the organisations Manager about the possibility and they said, he can start and do the course. First he need to achieve an certificate to enroll this course, which will take 4 weeks and cost 90€ in total. When he finished this, he can enroll to study agriculture, which will cost 300€ yearly fee - excluding living cost, as he needs to move closer to his school and more far away from his depending family.

Why am I starting this GoFundMe?
I'm Sarah, 34 years old, mother of 2 kids.
And I really want to help Alieu start being independent for himself and his family, while my financial abilities are limited my thought is = "it might be difficult alone, but together it can be easy".
So if only every person could donate 5€ we can actually reach a goal and save a life (and in Alieu's case actually at least 10 life's)

Every €uro is a help - thank you for your kind donation!
God bless you!

Dear Sponsors, Donators and Readers,

Alieu and me we thank you very much for helping us out with money for food, living and his courses.

Right now, there are some troubles between the police and the Gambian People =
"There have been spontaneous demonstrations in The Gambia. It first started in Bijilo, this morning, where residents stormed the anti-crime police station to demonstrate against the alleged murder of a Sierra Leonean national, who was held by the police. The Sierra Leonean national, was held for days before he was released. Allegations of torture allegedly meted out to him came to the floor today, when protesters claimed that the man died after been tortured by the police. Such claims could not be independently verified.

Police fired teargas to repel the protesters. Stones were thrown at the police. Motor Tyres were set ablaze along the road within the Greater Banjul Area.

The demonstration later became violent. Police couldn’t repel the protesters. They had to be reinforced by armed soldiers."

Alieu got injured and need medical help asap.

If you are able and willing to support Alieu and his whole family on a monthly basis, there is a link on my Instagram Account, which directs you to the organisation. You find my account on Instagram #headcovering4jesus

Thank you so much for your prayers and support!
God bless you!

Alieu and me, we are both more than happy and blessed! Just these days our Heavenly Father send us one of His Angels, who's supporting and helping us, providing for Alieu's school and his siblings!
I'm close to tears right now, feeling so overwhelmed and happy for my brother in Christ.
Finally he can complete his course and even register all his 6 siblings for their school too!
Right now, we are still supporting for food and his home, as some weeks ago his previous house completely burned down. Alieu and his family moved to another place, but are looking forward on rebuilding their own place, where they can live save, together with all the family (Grandma, siblings and Alieu).

I want to say thank you, to all of you supporting Alieu in the past and today! It means so much for me and even more for Alieu and his family!!
Everyone of you who donated, who prayed and who will do so in the future changed Alieu's and his family's life!
He will be able to take care of his whole family all by himself after his graduation and will be able to support his siblings to do the same.

There will be never a too little donation, as every € counts!

Thank you again! And may God bless you and your families!!!
Love - Shalom - Sarah

It was a sad time for Alieu and his family lately. We are still trying to save money for his second final course (Diploma in Office Application) so that he is finally able to earn money legally for himself and his entire family.

I tried and started a February challenge this year and am really thankful for you who helped us and joined our team.
In February we received around 50€ which helped Alieu and his family to buy some food.

Sadly last week a fire ruined their house, thanks to God no one got hurt, but everything they owned is gone now. They were able to stay at a neighbor's house for a few days.

We need every support you can share.

Be richly blessed!!

It's been awhile now since I last updated Alieu's current life situation. We received some love filled donations and are more than thankful, because Alieu needed help while he got a mosquito bite and had malaria fever. With the donation and some extra I donated Alieu bought nets for the family, so the mosquito can't bite them at night and medical treatment for his Malaria.

Sadly yesterday I received the message from Alieu, that his whole house got burned down by fire. He tried to contact some people in his village to help out and currently the whole family is living at a neighbor's place until they'll find their own place again.
It's been a tough life so far for Alieu and his family, but he is faithful in the Lord and he appreciates all your Love and your support for him and his family.

This February I started a $1 Challenge, asking Family, Friends, Followers (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to join and help Alieu and his family with $1 (or 1€)
Until now they were 3 donations faithfully we are hoping for some more as we started this $1 donation we added my PayPal, as it's a small amount. You can either use GoFundMe or paypal

Be richly blessed We thank you very much for all your support, financial and in prayer ❤️
