Hello all! Nepal is a magical place and somewhere that holds a very special place in my heart. Eight years ago I came for my Public Health Education internship, and the experience had such a huge impact on my life. I am nearing the end of my six weeks back in Nepal and want to do everything I can to return a piece of the impact that this place has had on me.

I am coordinating with a close Nepali friend, who develops projects based on the needs of small rural communities throughout Nepal. We are raising funds to help build a much-needed library in the small village of Kichanas, and to provide essential resources for local children in grades 1–8.

This library will provide a space for children to read and learn as well give them access to much-needed school supplies, clothing, and educational resources. Any support for this project means so much to me and even more for the children and families of Kichanas.

Donations will support:

Library Construction – A safe and inspiring space for learning.

School Supplies – Notebooks, pencils, backpacks, and other essentials.

Clothing – Clothing, shoes, and uniforms for students in grades 1–8.

Educational Books – Grammar, writing, and counting books to help children learn English.

Indoor & Outdoor Games – Encouraging play, teamwork, and creativity.
