Eduardo's Cancer Fund

In 2016 my dad Eduardo was diagnosed with colorectal prostate cancer at the age of only 44 years old. As you can imagine this came as complete shock not only to me but all his family and friends.

At the time, I had only just celebrated my 18th birthday and was sitting my A-Levels and my brother only 12 years of age, had just started secondary school.

After months and months of chemotherapy  he was given hope that they were able to operate on him and remove the tumour.

In May 2017 he was due to be operated but set back with the news that he had secondary lung cancer. After a few weeks they removed 2 modules from his lungs which were confirmed cancerous.

On the 24th of July 2017 they broke devastating news to my father that without treatment he would only have 3 months to live.

This was the most difficult thing to hear especially as a daughter and knowing that he will never meet my kids but also he won't be there to see me and my brother Joseph grow up.

There is potential life saving treatment in Germany. However, it comes at expensive cost which we simply cannot afford. Initially, we would need £2,000 for a diagnostic examination where the doctors will tell us exactly what treatment he will need. Aswell as costs for travel and accomadation for a few days. 

Once we have that diagnostic report we can then have an idea as to what exact treatment he needs and the how much this will cost.

We will then update you all on with the specific treatment and the exact figure we need in order to save his life.

My dad urgently needs treatment, I cannot stress this enough. We are heartbroken and my brother and I need our dad.
