Edtwan's Mission Trip to India

Hello my name is Edtwan Barr and I am a native of Paterson , New Jersey. I serve as a Intercessory Missionary and Worship Leader at Resting Place House of Prayer in Woodland Park, New Jersey. I am so excited about the new season God has called me into. I have always had the desire to travel abroad and share the Love of Jesus by feeding the hungry, building shelters and homes for the homeless, clothing the needy, praying for the sick and outcast, and caring for the orphans and widows.
May 15 - 28, 2018 I will be traveling to India for a missions trip with Resting Place House of Prayer. Resting Place has been invited by a ministry called Face2Face Foundation to train and equip their team to impact these cities through worship and prayer. Face2Face Foundation is a house of prayer in Bangalore and has just opened a new chapter in Delhi. Their vision is to see the younger generation seeking God in worship and prayer, and impacting the nation of India through the gospel of Jesus Christ. They have experienced exponential growth over the last few years and are seeing just that. Many of the young people who serve at Face2Face grew up Muslim or Hindu, and many were victims of human trafficking. We as a ministry fully support what they do and were thrilled when they invited us to come and help them. Also while there we will have the awesome privilege of lifting up the name of Jesus in song before believers and non-believers who will then have the opportunity to receive Him into their hearts as their Lord and Savior. Your financial gift will assist me with lodging and travel expenses into India estimated at $2,300.00. In addition to the initial flight there will be two additional flights traveling to neighboring states within India which costs around $680. Any funds remaining after my travel expenses will be used to purchase food.
