In addition to Ed having been a self-employed provider who was unable to work for over a year and Buffy being a church ministry worker, Buffy has immediate needs for necessities like groceries in addition to medical bills.

Ed was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in November 2016 and it has spread to his liver and lymph nodes since then. Ed has been unable to work and provide for his family.
They have two young daughters and four adult sons (college age).
Buffy works at St. Stephen’s Church in Sewickley. She is the Senior Pastor’s secretary.
Despite the trials of these last 15 months, they are still fighting strong while attempting to maintain a sense of normalcy for their family.
The Abbott Family needs prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit more than anything else. However, I am also hoping you would consider helping them financially.
