Edna's Hysterectomy and ER

My name is Edna Salazar im a mother of 3 awesome kids, a few months ago i was sent to ER to get a blood transfusion due to extreme anemia caused by  very heavy periods, they perform a ultrasound and found multiple fibroids. The doctor tried to control it with hormones but they didnt work, in August i went to another check up and they found a big fibroid (size of a small orange)i went back September 21 and actually they got bigger, my uterus it's expanded rigth now as if i were 16 weeks pregnant,i need to get a  Abdominal Hysterectomy ASAP but i don't have insurance, and the hospital won't do it unless i pay half of it in advance,on top of that i have the ER bill to pay.

Hola mi nombre es Edna Salazar,soy madre de 3 maravillosos(as) hijos (as), hace unos meses fui enviada a Emergencias a que me hicieran una transfusion sanguinea debido a que tengo una anemia muy extrema causada por mucha perdida de sangre durante mis periodos,me encontraron Fibromas en el utero, la doctora intento controlar mi situacion con hormonas pero no han dado resultado,por el contrario, desafortunadamente en cada revision han notado crecimiento, en estos momentos necesito una Histerectomia LO MAS PRONTO POSIBLE,al no contar con seguro medico, el hospital me pide la mitad por adelantado encima de eso tengo el cobro de la visita a Emergencias.
