Edna Borge Medical Expenses

Hello Family & Friends,
On the Summer of 2017, my mother ,Edna Borge, was unfortunately diagnosed with Lou Gehrigs Disease (also known as ALS). As of right now there is no cure for this disease. With this illness, normal daily functions have become difficult to the point where she is now limited to a wheelchair and medical bed.
My family and I have been able to help with the medical expenses over the past year and half. But as Spring comes around, there are some events my mother would love to attend, one of which is my brother's college graduation. With that, we find ourselves in need of some help.
In order for my mother to experience these precious moments outside of our home and as expenses keep pilling on top of her current needs, she will require additional medical assistance than needed over the past year.
Throughout her life, my mother has been a shining example of a strong woman. A woman whose always been dedicated to her family and those around her, never letting anything get in her way of achieving her dreams. To see this illness take hold of a woman as inspirational as her has been hard to watch, but this illness has not prevented her from enjoying life and supporting the lives close to her.
