Edgar's Fibrosarcoma

Edgar Conde has worked at the Crown Bistro for over 25 years and has served the Coronado community and its visitors. The Bistro has become his second home and he has become like family to all of us. Those who know Edgar know him to be hardworking, caring and a friend to all who he came across. He always made a point to get to know new faces and make familiar faces feel at home here at the bistro. In the past months, Edgar has been diagnosed with Fibrosarcoma and is now preparing for an upcoming surgery and will soon begin treatment that will cause him to be out of work tentatively. We are hoping for the best for Edgar and doing all we can to lend a hand to him and his family; Claudia his wife, Elias his 15-year-old son and Justin his 24-year-old son who is currently serving the U.S. Army. I have created this page for those who would like to lend a helping hand as well to ease his families worries for finances and medical expenses during his time in treatment. We at the Crown Bistro are extremely grateful for those who have offered Edgar and his family their generosity and kind words during this difficult time. Thank you very much!
