Hi, my name is Aaron Rivera. I am trying to raise funds for a family currently going through a devastating situation. Ms. Maria Gomez is a hard-working single mother of 6 children. Her eldest son, Edgar Gomez, was involved in a life-threatening pedestrian-car accident while visiting family in Mexico. Edgar had to have emergency surgery and is now in intensive care. During these critical moments, Ms. Maria had to leave her job to be by her son's side. Unfortunately, unable to work to care for her son, she needs financial assistance to pay for the medical expenses that are adding up. As mentioned, Ms. Maria is a hard-working single mom who is unfortunately on a leave of absence from her current employer until her son is out of danger.

The money will be used solely for medical expenses and any additional medical treatments her son will need. Should there be the good fortune of monies left due to the generosity of kind-hearted citizens, the funds will be used to pay it forward to help others in similar situations
