Eddie's Warriors

Eddie, our little grandson in Australia turned 3 on the 6th June.   Last week he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. It has broken our hearts. Over the coming months I, along with the help of my friends, will be fundraising to help take the strain off my son Adam and my daughter-in-law Angie as their world is turned upside down. Being so far from them is agonising beyond words. I want to take all the positive energy from all the hundreds of messages of love and support we have received, and turn them into something good.   So here goes.  We are starting this journey on Sunday 27th August with a 10K race in Ellesmere, Shropshire.  Any friends are welcome to join our team - please let me know and I can direct you to the correct site (at the moment just myself and Steve Skeats).  We are running as team 'EDDIE'S WARRIORS'.   I cannot thank you enough for reading this and for helping our family.
