Eviction help

Im asking for help I go to court January 6th and will be evicted THE CDC. Eviction order to halt evictions ends Dec 31 . I lost my job in march to covid and have only been able to work doing doordash to try to stay afloat .i applied for unemployment and was denied and to this date im waiting for an appeal hearing. I take care of a elderly man 62 who is recovering from covid. And cant have him without a home. Please help us it is Christmas morning. You help would be the best gift ever.
