<div>I am Meran, a 25-year-old young woman, living in a state of anticipation and tension in every moment of my life, as my family and I are directly affected by the effects of wars and ongoing conflicts in the Gaza Strip. Since childhood, I have witnessed how our lives swing between moments of hope and joy, and the horror of destruction and loss.

<div>I was eagerly looking forward to my wedding ceremony, as it was the event I had always dreamed of, but wars and repeated attacks turned us into mere fragments of shattered memories. My family and I have experienced the bitterness of displacement, as we have been forced to leave our home six times, with no shelter providing protection and safety.

Each time, we find ourselves starting anew, trying to build a new life in the hope that conditions will improve and life will return to normal, but each time we are met with shock and despair.
