<div>Empowering Communities For Life (ECFL) has been transforming lives in The Gambia since 2016. We're a registered charity in both The Gambia and the UK (1198945). From 2022 to 2023, thanks to your incredible generosity, we managed to raise £15,000 which enabled us to:

<li>Hire a specialist team to construct a multi-purpose water well in a rural village in northern The Gambia called Sankandi.
</li>
<li>Install an eco-friendly solar-powered pump system for water access.
</li>
<li>Build two toilets and a shower room for awe-aspiring playground project we are developing.
</li>
<li>Construct a 1.5-meter high security wall to protect the water well and associated facilities.
</li>

<li><strong>Installation of water pipe System: </strong>This will allow people to access clean water directly from the well to within close proximity to their homes. .
</li>
<li><strong>Climate-Proofing:</strong> We will reinforce roofing on the toilets and shower room to withstand harsh weather due to climate change.
</li>
<li><strong>New Website:</strong> Launch a brand new user-friendly website to share updates and future projects.
</li>
