Kip Wilson Medical Fund

This is my Uncle Kip and his family. Kip is 60 years old and had a seizure over Memorial Day weekend 2014. He was rushed to the local hospital, and then transferred to Utah Valley where he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (GBM) stage 4, Brain Cancer. He is now fighting for his life, undergoing very expensive medical treatment options. Kip and Fjola (his wife), had barely moved back to their hometown of Richfield, UT so he could assist his dad in running and managing the farm and be closer to family, when this condition occurred. Since his seizures and problematic situation, Kip has had to quit his job, and has since lost motor function ability to the left side of his body. Even with assistance from family members, Fjola too has been unable to obtain employment due to Kip’s extensive treatments and around the clock care.
While they are doing everything they can, even with family support, they have wiped out their savings, maxed credit cards, sold their car, jewelry and many other valuables to try and make ends meet. They are still several months away from qualifying for any disability income and continue to incur large medical cost weekly in addition to just usual living expenses. They are in a tough situation with the prognosis, and the mounting weekly financial debt is adding significant additional hardship to an already stressful situation. They could really use the help over the next few months to relieve pressure of current and on-going financial strain.
