Jackie's Fight for life

Thursday July 6th Jackie went into work as normal, and after being at work a few hours she started experiencing severe belly pain. She was rushed to the hospital and was told that she had Diverticulitis in her belly that had ruptured and all of the poison had spilled into her stomach. The doctors decided to wait a few hours to try and conservatively treat it with antibiotics because of Jackie's co-morbidities, they did not feel at that time she would do well under surgery. However, Jackie quickly became septic. It was then emergent that they take her to surgery.
Surgery after surgery she's had to stay in life-support and her kidneys have shut down. She has been struggling with keeping her blood pressure up, so the first 24-48 hours were without pain medication. On Sunday the surgeons went back in with hopes of creating a temporary colostomy and fixing the bow the was clamped off the first surgery but were unsuccessful as Jackie became too unstable.
Today's surgery was much like the others, they went in to try and close her and clean out the infection. However, the infection makes the fluid in belly thick and sticky and all of her intestines have stuck together in one big mass. So they are cleaning her out with large amounts of fluid. She will be facing many more surgeries until they can get the infection under control.
There's a possibility that she will need a tracheostomy, because she's been on life support for so long and her lungs are full of fluid.

With all the uncertainties surrounding Jackie's current medical state and long term care.We are asking for help with Jackies bills . Her household bills come up to $1035 a month. That's just her mortgage, car payment, etc... Anything anyone can contribute however small will be a huge blessing for the family. Linda is not only taking on the emotional toll of seeing her daughter in this condition, but also the financial strain of paying all of her daughter's bills while she's in the hospital.
