We are raising the remaining funds necessary to amend the EBRP 5G Cell Tower Ordinance.
Subdivisions should write checks to Daigle, Fisse & Kessenich, 8480 Bluebonnet Blvd., Suite F, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
Individuals can either write checks to the same address or contribute through this GoFundMe page. FYI - GoFundMe charges a 3% convenience fee.
“I want to emphasize the importance of successfully raising the budget necessary for us to amend the EBRP 5G Cell Tower Ordinance. While there has definitely been community input across the nation that has shaped local ordinances in the national 5G cell tower rollout, it has been hard fought and well organized. In EBRP, we have the double task of trying to amend an industry-based ordinance that passed overwhelmingly through our Metro Council with the support of other city leaders.”
