Jacques "The Frenchy" Houot is about to turn 84 and says that, "the hills are getting steeper!" Jacques will need an e-bike if he wants to continue his lifelong passion of biking.
For the past two years Jacques's short film, "The Frenchy"
has traveled the world to over 1,000 venues with film festivals such as The Banff Mountain Film Festival
, and the European Outdoor Film Tour
. The Carbondale, Colorado-based French downhill mountain biker, road cyclist and incorrigible flirt has survived some two dozen close calls, including avalanches, cancer, car accidents, a heart attack and even attempted murder. As a survivor, he explains, he tries to enjoy every day he has, ripping through his mountains with his signature catchphrase, “No problem!” “When you laugh, you add one extra hour on your life. I’m going to die very old, because I love to laugh,” he says.
Jacques wants biking to continue to be, "No Problem" and it can be we can help him get this e-bike.
