Levon & Melissa Med & life fund

As many of our friends and family know, my brother Levon Ayala was born with heart problems and has had several heart procedures throughout his life. A little over a year ago, he had lifesaving surgery with heart valve replacements and many other procedures on his heart and the surgery worked. This was his 4th heart open heart surgery in his 42 years of life. Only one doctor was confident enough to do the surgery and he did an amazing job when others were going to just make him comfortable until he passed away. Unfortunately, two strokes and other issues came with the surgery which he has been learning to work around but at least he's still alive.

On July 2nd, 2017 he and his wife Melissa, 41, were both admitted into the hospital. Melissa with her organs shutting down and Levon with two new mini strokes caused by the stress of his wife's condition. Levon was released 5-6 days later but Melissa's hospital stay will last several weeks at least. She had her breathing tube removed today, July 11th, and her kidneys and pancreas are back up and working. Thank you, God! But there is still a long road ahead for her full recovery. Both their medical issues have put a strain on their ability to support their home, bills, and medical expenses. Unfortunately the funds are needed sooner than later as their bills are overdue.  This is why we are reaching out to friends, family, loved ones and the general public for support.

We are asking for any and all support to help them get back on their feet, to be up to date with bills, and to help with their living expenses for the following months that will be needed for their full recoveries. If you are able to help, our families, friends, and I will be greatly appreciative. The road may be long, but with each step forward we come closer to full recovery and their ability to stand on their own two feet to support themselves.
