Back in 2010, God put it into my heart to go on a mission trip to Africa. Now that I'm able to give my time, the only obstacle left to overcome is money! Here's a breakdown of the cost:
-$7,400: cost to go on mission with Experience Mission (link to website below)
-$500-$700: Extra gear and equipment
-$500: Insurance and immunizations
-Extra (if raised) will go towards paying my bills while I'm out of the country. Not only will I be missing 3 months of work, but I will also lose out on time finding new clients, have to turn down new clients, and ask my regulars to wait the 3 months until I return.
I'm only trying to raise enough to cover the cost of the trip itself, but if people keep donating after I reach my $7400 goal, that's what the extra money will go to!
