In October 2024, Ren lost her youngest son to suicide, if that weren’t a tough enough blow, within a couple of weeks after her unimaginable loss she had to flee her home because of threats made by her partner and she did not feel safe. She spent 6 months living in her fifth wheel at a neighbors property, while going back to her farm 2 times a day to take care of her animals. She ultimately decided to end the 10 year Emotionally abusive relationship and try to move on in your healing journey.

She started to get stronger and healthier, but was hit with the news that she was going to have to have another spine fusion surgery. Several more discs had deteriorated in her spine, and the hardware from her last fusion had failed! This will be her 5th back surgery and it’s the biggest yet!

She has been told that the recovery could be as much as a year or more and that she will be unable to work outside of the home until she is fully healed.

If you know Ren, then you know that she works very hard, she is selfless, she would give you the shirt off of her back. She’s always there to listen and always there to help in times of need!

So this is the time for her community to give back to her and help her recover more easily without having to worry about where food was going to come from or how she was going to pay the household bills. She’s got a long road ahead of her and any help will ease her mind as she gets back on her feet.
