Please help me save my home

I was told my story was too long. So here is the nutshell version. I find myself in an awful position. Over the past few years, I've let my family down in so many ways. It started with my cancer diagnosis and just went downhill from there. This particular year has been a disaster for my family and me. Medical situations led to so many bills, we couldn't keep up. We fell behind on the mortgage, which leaves me on the brink of foreclosure. My kids have sacrificed so much, but they never complained. They gave me so much moral support and I would feel so horrible if the next sacrifice was the loss of our home.
