What is Revel?

We are a family run small business on Bullard St in the heart of the downtown historic district in beautiful Silver City, New Mexico.   Revel has been serving our community playful, inventive farm to table food that changes with the seasons since 2017.  When you support Revel, not only do you support our team, but also the local farmers and ranchers who provide the key elements of each dish.  Revel makes organic accessible in a food desert.  Before the COVID-19 outbreak we had 19 team members, most working full time; 6 have been with us since our first year.   

Who is Revel?

Life-long friends and owners Brian, Jesse, and Kelsey lead the Revel team.  Co-chefs Brian and Jesse have combined over 50 years of restaurant experience!  Brian grew up in 4H programs, which foster a respect for how the food gets to your plate.  A trip to Italy in Jesse’s youth sparked a passion for cuisine that he has nurtured ever since.  Brian and Jesse guide the team in our kitchen, but without the help of our skilled cooks we couldn’t bring the best of Southwest New Mexico to your plate.  We make everything from scratch the hard way.  

Your Revel experience wouldn’t be complete without talking with one of our friendly, highly trained servers.  Kelsey heads our serving team with a passion for sourcing the highest quality  craft beer and wine New Mexico has to offer.  All our servers go through an intensive education on the unique ingredients and preparations in our seasonal menus.  They are also ambassadors for all of Grant County to the many visitors who pass through our door.  

Why Revel needs YOUR help!

The Coronavirus has created uncertainty. We are unsure how soon we can re-open for onsite dining.  The governor has delayed our re-opening three times.  Currently, there is no set date to re-open restaurant dining rooms.  Revel is offering carry-out, but this accounts for only 25% of our former business level.  We appreciate all of the community support for carry-out, but this situation is unsustainable.  With help from the Paycheck Protection Program we have been able to put our team back to work.  When this funding runs out, we won’t be able to support current staff levels.  We want to keep everyone on our team working.  All of the money raised in this campaign will directly support our team.  You can help make this happen!

Join Co-chefs Brian & Jesse in an interactive small group experience.  Learn how to craft favorite Revel dishes.  Date to be determined once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.


$1,000 - Romantic Dinner for Two

Chef Brian will prepare a three course meal for you and a loved one in the comfort of your home and do the clean up!  All COVID-19 safety precautions will be followed.


$500 - “Fancy Night” Private Dinner Party Event  

Get a seat at the table for a night of fine cuisine at Revel.  This private party will feature a five course menu with wine pairings. Date to be determined once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.


$100 - Revel T-Shirt

A stylish way to show your support with a 100% cotton T-shirt that is printed locally by Morning Star.


$75 - Revel Beanie or Baseball Cap

Protect your head from the elements with your choice of knit stocking cap or mesh back baseball cap embroidered with the Revel logo, also from Morning Star.
