<div>Recently, the Bobonaro Scouts were involved in a serious road accident while traveling to the first National Jamboree in Dili Municipality. Their vehicle collided with a truck en route.

<div>Thankfully, no one was seriously injured — a true blessing. However, the vehicle was badly damaged and is now in the workshop for repairs. With no formal insurance system in Timor-Leste, the costs fall entirely on the Scouts and their community.
