<div>East Texas Hockey is a completely FREE program for all participants. Players never have to pay registration fees and can borrow equipment free of charge! We have been steadily growing over the past 2.5 years and have been featured in the local newspapers and KLTV news station (full news story video below). We have approximately 80 kids and adults in the program, ranging from 3 to 50 years of age.

<div>The program has been playing out of an old skating rink since our inception. Today (February 12, 2025), we were advised by the facility owner that we would no longer be able to use the rink. We offered to buy the facility or rent it full-time. He declined both offers. This has left us in a very difficult predicament.

<div>Although we have a very successful program, we are now lacking a facility.

<div>Members of the program have offered to help us out in the building of our own facility, but it is going to be VERY costly. We have two fathers that can assist with the electric and plumbing and one that has a connection to concrete. With all of these connections, materials alone are far too great for us to tackle without assistance.
