<div>I am a Masters Rower with the East Bay Rowing Club and on <strong>Sunday, September 24</strong> I will go the distance on the ergometer to raise funds for our youth program! <div>East Bay Rowing Club is the home of community rowing in Oakland and the East Bay. We value the rich diversity of the communities we serve, and have youth and adult rowing programs that include those who want to learn, recreational rowers and those who compete regionally and nationally. In 2013, we established the Oakland United Rowing (OUR) program to foster positive opportunities for youth to develop leadership and team-building skills, mental and physical health through the sport of rowing. OUR does not receive funding from the Oakland Unified School District, but together we can raise the funds needed to support our local youth experience the sport of rowing.
