<div>We are raising funds to support our sister-in-law, Cynthia, as she faces an incredibly difficult and unexpected turn in her cancer journey.

<div>Over a year ago, Cynthia was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. After months of treatment and unanswered questions, she sought a second opinion at Stanford University, where doctors discovered she had been misdiagnosed. She is now facing the reality of Stage 4 Diffuse Sclerosing Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma (DSPTC) — a rare and aggressive form of thyroid cancer.

<div>This diagnosis has changed everything. Cynthia will now need to travel over 7 hours round-trip for specialized care, consultations, and treatment at Stanford. These frequent trips, combined with the medical expenses and time away from work and family, may create a financial burden.

<div>We are hoping to raise $3,000 to help ease the stress of travel, lodging, gas, meals, and other unexpected costs so Cynthia can focus on what matters most — healing and being there for her two boys, who need their mom more than ever.
