Are you passionate about the environment, recycling and self-sustaining homes? Have you ever wanted to help in even the smallest way but thought it wouldn't make a difference? Well, It does. For less than the price of a drive through coffee, you can help too. Your support makes a big difference.

Building an EcoUnity is a learning experience. Everyone will benefit. You are welcome and encouraged to visit Ecounity Acres and experience your own enjoyment and gain knowledge along the way!

EcoUnity Acres is located in North West Ontario, Canada, in a wonderful, secluded, natural area surrounded by forest, meadow, lakes and wonderful creatures of the earth. Building an EcoUnity is a learning experience. Everyone will benefit. You are welcome and encouraged to visit Ecounity Acres and experience your own enjoyment and gain knowledge along the way! (If you bring your own shovel you get a special gift.)

This fundraiser is for the initial groundbreaking phase! Trenches will be dug and filled and foundations will be built! Although most of the construction materials will hopefully be recycled, it takes a lot of funds to source the materials and feed the volunteers and keep them happy. Just a backhoe for one week costs $1500 and this equipment is required to clear the area for the workshops to take place.

Cisterns, grey water recycling systems, electrical wiring and renewable energy equipment, windows and glazing, and plumbing systems are some examples of items that incorporate a major cost. Finding these items discarded, unwanted and inexpensive is a key task is the development of EcoUnity Acres.
Instead of thinking you can't help this time, please consider that even the smallest donation will help and is very, very valuable.
