<div>Hi, my name is Lani and I was born and raised in Lamintak Sur, in Medellin in northern of Cebu. Earlier this week, my hometown was hit by a powerful earthquake. My family, relatives and closest neighbors were badly affected. Many of them lost their houses, belongings and some even their loved ones.

<div>We are close to Bogo City where lots of help are being distributed. While they have been able to receive some help, many are still looking for a safe place to stay and access to drinking water and food.
</div>

<div>For my birthday, I am knocking on your generous hearts to help me raise funds for my family, neighbours, relatives and friends who are in need of basic necessities at this time. Any amount will go a long way and are greatly appreciated. Prayers are very much appreciated for the safety of the people in my hometown.
