<div>Hello,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Roy Westerman. I am a father, husband, and writer.
</div>
<div>In April 2015, I witnessed the stillbirth of my son Joshua. In recovery from the worst time of my life, I began to think about the things I could never share with my boy. As an avid comic book fan my whole life, I knew I would never be able to share that kind of joy with my son.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From this loss, I began working on a project with an artist friend, which started small but grew into something larger.
</div>
<div>We call it the Earth-27 Project.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE PROJECT</strong>
</div>
<div>If you have come to this page, it is likely because you are aware of my ongoing project with "Earth-27",
</div>
<div>If you are not familiar with the project, check it out at: <a href="https://roysovitch.deviantart.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><a href="http://roysovitch.deviantart.com/" target="_blank" class="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://roysovitch.deviantart.com/</a></a> or <a href="https://www.philchoart.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.philchoart.com</a>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE PLAN</strong>
</div>
<div>I have started this GoFundMe campaign to help my artist friend Phil Cho, and I bring my unique storytelling approach to life in memory of my son, Joshua.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>SPENDING</strong>
</div>
<div>Money generated from this campaign will be used to further fund this project and perhaps extend it beyond my original vision. All the funds from this campaign will keep this project going as long as my artist and I are available or until it reaches its natural conclusion. All funds will be spent to further this project in one form or another, whether compensating content creators for their time and talent, paying for required expenses for supplies and software, and marketing/publicity efforts.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Any donations you make to this project will be just that, donations. As such, I ask that you should only donate if you believe in this project and want to see it grow.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This campaign is open-ended; if you would like to donate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, you are welcome to do so. One-time donations are also greatly appreciated.
</div>

<div><strong>THANK YOU</strong>
</div>
<div>I would greatly appreciate any contribution to this project as it has been a labor of love, and I feel it a fitting tribute to my son's memory. It has been a rewarding experience to meld so many stories and characters into a cohesive whole. I hope I may continue to work on it for a long time to come.
