Today we had Earl's funeral mass and laid him to rest. We want to thank you again for your outpouring of support of our beloved Earl. We will compile all your messages and share with his mother so she can read all your kind words and prayers for her son.
At this time we will be closing the GoFundMe account. Thank you friends, family, and people who were touched by Earl's life. We are so grateful to you during this difficult time and we thank you for helping the family with his funeral expenses. There are no words to express our gratitude.

We are overwhelmed and touched by the incredible outpouring of support for Earl. On behalf of my Ate Alma, we wish to thank everyone who has donated, spread the word, or sent a message of support of the last couple of days. Words cannot express what this has meant to her and her family.
I want to share that Alma is now been set up a beneficiary and will directly be receiving the funds you have generously given to plan for Earl's funeral. I will update this posting as we solidify plans and know more. Thank you everyone.

My name is Daisy Rivera Ganal, I am Earl’s aunt and godmother. As many of you know, on Friday, April 23rd, the lives of the Salinas and Estrella family were forever changed. Sadly, my Ate Alma's youngest son, Earl was gunned down and killed at his home by an unknown person while answering the door.

For those of you who knew and loved Earl, this news is absolutely devastating as he was only 16 years old and was a kind and sweet person. He loved his family, especially his siblings, Ryan, Jlord, MJ, and Kayla.
In this time of unspeakable tragedy and mourning, we are asking for help with his funeral expenses. Any amount is greatly appreciated and if you cannot donate at this time, sharing this post will also go a long way. I am coordinating this campaign with support of my Ate Alma.
