This is Emma. One of the most down to earth, crazy, loving and caring human beings that I have had the incredible opportunity of getting to know since arriving at here at Hillsong College. She is a CRAZY talented dancer and singer who is from the beautiful land of Norway and she is currently in her second year at college in the vocal stream.
Since arriving in Sydney, Emma has lived a "more than normal" life here at Hillsong. Outside of college alone, she has had the amazing opportunity to be involved in many of the creative presentations at the annual Hillsong & Colour Conferences, with the dance team. But the things she reflects on as her favourite moments at college are not the moments of the spotlight but the personal growth that she has had since coming to college. First year of college for Emma wasn't a walk in the park but a year of challenge, spiritual growth and healing. And even while it may have been tough at times, she has been able to find family within college to support her along the way. Since Emma has started year, she has been able to find her place here at college more and more every day. Learning what it takes to be a leader in ministry and is constantly being given more opportunities to grow these skills.
Emma, simply put, is a world changer. She has a passion to grow the church and create an environment for all people to feel welcome and at home. She is a passionate woman of God who is excitedly continuing to learn how to became the woman that God has called her to be! And now, we, as her family here at college have an opportunity to stand on this beautiful womans behalf to see a miracle worked in the situation she is facing right now.
If you are able to help to come along side her financially to reach the goal to keep her here at college, I can tell you that you will making a very worth while contribution to a very bright future!
Even though we may not all be in the position to give though, please let this be an opportunity to be the prayer warriors that she is needing right now!
