At 1st Choice Service Group, based in Asheville, North Carolina, we’ve been part of this community since 2007. Over the years, our customers have become like family to us. We’ve witnessed the strength and resilience of our neighbors, and now, as we face the aftermath of this devastating hurricane, we feel called to step up and support those in need.

We're receiving calls from families who have lost everything, and the stories are heartbreaking. Many people are struggling to find the funds to repair or replace their heating and air conditioning systems, which are essential for comfort and safety, especially in times like these.

We’re dedicated to providing estimates and service calls, striving to get families' HVAC systems back up and running. However, the financial burden is immense. Many residents have been denied assistance and simply don’t have the means to cover these costs. As a business rooted in this community, we want to do everything we can to help.

That’s why we’re reaching out for your support. We are asking for donations to help us continue our mission of serving those who need it most. Every dollar raised will go directly to assisting families with repairs and replacing damaged HVAC equipment not covered by insurance.

To give you a sense of the need: a single service call can cost $139, and replacing a unit can run into the thousands. We have families who have lost nearly everything—only the clothes on their backs remain. Their needs extend far beyond HVAC repairs, and we want to be there for them in every way we can.
