Eagle Scout Project for Owen Kirby

I am raising money for my Eagle Scout Project.  My project is to provide Halloween Tote Bags, Candy and Halloween Toys and Prizes for the children at Primary Children's Hospital here in Salt Lake City,  who for whatever reason will not be able to Trick or Treat this year.  The proposed budget of $500 will go towards tote bags and decorations, candy and toys.  We will be providing all of the bags, candy, and toys to the hospital in early October.  Prior to Halloween we will be decorating the tote bags with the children and then facilitating the Trick or Treating with the children at the hospital.
