Eagle Scout Project ADA Trail Restoration

I am fundraising for my Eagle Scout Project.  The project is an ADA (Americans with Disabilities) trail restoration.  My project will see the old rotting wood posts removed and redone with new postes and the failing rope replaced with new rope.  With the rope itself being around $1,000 it's shaping up to be an expensive project.  Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!
