Food for ECS Families

Our oldest daughter is in 4th grade in Eagle County Colorado.  She and I have been talking about how we might be able to help in any small way, some of the families in the community who could use a little extra support during this time of school closures. About 42% of the county's students here are part of the free and reduced lunch program and count on breakfast and lunch meals through the school systems.

My daughter said to me last night, "What if we start a food drive?" 

So here we are! If you are able to donate a few dollars to help students in Eagle County who are in need of support, we will use all donations to get grocery gift cards and/or particular food items safely in the hands of families that can benefit from them, particularly those who are not able to take advantage of the bag lunches being handed out at Eagle Valley High School and Battle Mountain High School.
