Want to join me in making a difference? My name is Franklin Reilly, a local Eagle County resident and former BMHS Track and XC athlete. This Sunday, I am running 100 miles to raise money for local food banks, which help those in need during these tough times.
Three great places to donate are Food Rescue Express, Our Community Foundation, and the Vail Valley Salvation Army. I encourage either donate here or directly. Any amount makes a difference! The best way to tackle big, daunting problems is one step at a time.
More information about Food Rescue Express Eagle County (Fre): Our purpose is to make sure that the kids here in Eagle County espically in their early development stage (Elementary schools) have enough food to eat over the weekend so that they can return to school on Monday happy and healthy. The program has been well received here in Eagle County.
