Send Help for Rocky!

Hey guys, Rocky had a small stroke (he's okay for now). But his vet bills are pretty crazy with all the tests, medicines, overnight stay etc. He was in an oxygen tank for 5 hours! His parents aren't the wealthiest people on earth (bar tender and Dogwalker). Any help anyone could offer is greatly appreciated as we're struggling as is. Thanks guys.
