Meet Mary,

A strong, resilient and independent young woman from Broome, living in the remote town of Kununurra Western Australia. Mary has become such an amazing role model in the community not just for her talent on the field but for her determination, leadership and drive to succeed.

Sports isn’t just a sport for Mary, it’s her passion, her motivation and her path forward. She’s spent countless hours training and giving her all to her team. Now, she’s been selected to play in a football game in Perth at the end of this month! on June 24th. A huge opportunity to showcase her skills and potentially take her sporting career to the next level.

But getting from Kununurra to Perth isn’t easy, costs are adding up fast. Mary has been working hard to raise the money herself but she needs a helping hand to make the trip possible. Following the footy trip Mary will be flown up to Broome to participate in a school based sports event called ‘Kimberley Cup’. Which would also have some expenses for travelling that young Mary wouldn’t be able to afford herself and this is where we can use your help!
