Our good friend and member of the Lyon Oaks dog park family passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 1st, 2018. Anyone who frequents the park most likely knew Laura Harrison and her dog Asher, as she was so outgoing, welcoming and just an all around nice person. Laura was at the park every weekend, year around, rain, snow or shine. She made new visitors feel welcome, and she knew all of the dogs’ names.
In memory of her energy, positivity and love for all dogs, we are raising funds for a memorial bench at Lyon Oaks Dog Park in her name. We can think of no better way to honor Laura’s warm and loving spirit than by providing a place to rest, visit and share some dog love!
If you would like to help us make this a reality, please donate toward the bench! Benches are installed from May through October, so we would like to have it in place before winter this year. Thank you so very much in advance.
