Medical Residency Applications

There is a calling on my life to be a physician, and I am one step closer to my goal. On September 15, 2014 I will be applying for a medical residency position, but I NEED your help.
I currently perform clinical research at Cleveland Clinic Florida, and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to be there. That being said, it is an unpaid position :-( While the tutoring I do in addition to my research has sustained some of my living expenses, I was unable to amass the funds necessary to apply to residency programs. I found myself in need of assistance. I was blessed enough to have a donor offer to donate the necessary money. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances and forces beyond their control, they are no longer able to assist me. This is a recent occurrence and I was NOT prepared for such a blow, especially so close to my application submission date. Thus, I once again find myself in need of assistance.
I admit this is a HUMBLING experience, but I am putting my faith into action. Matt. 7:7,8 says, "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." I realize the application to my situation is a little out of context, but the sentiment reigns true; If I do NOT ask, how can I expect to receive? Therefore, it is with a HUMBLE and APPRECIATIVE heart I request your assistance with raising a MINIMUM of $1200 to help me apply for medical residency positions on Sept. 15.
I am also soliciting your prayers for a residency position assignment on Match Day in March 2015.
