<div>Hi friends, my name is Karla. I purchased my first home in 2016 and shortly after I discovered over $200k in damages. Yes, I had home insurance and title insurance. Yes, I had a home inspection. My only recourse was legal action, and I began that process immediately.

<div>Thanks to more than 60 volunteers, we managed to seal up the exterior just in time for winter, and I was left to manage the interior repairs on my own. I did as much as I could until I hit burnout.

<div>Fast forward 4 years, and now the lawsuit for my home is gaining momentum. Up to this point, I have managed to keep up with legal fees and the interest on the line of credit used to fund the repairs, but I am nearly tapped out. I need your help!

<div>Help me to fight this David vs Goliath battle, and correct this injustice once and for all. If 4000 people donated just $5 each, we would reach $20k in no time! I know I have a spare $5, but I can't come up with $20k in such a short amount of time. Please help if you can, every little bit makes a big difference. Please share to help me find those who are able to donate. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I appreciate you!
