Please help Jacksons dog Quila

Hello everyone this is Jackson, I dont have facebook so im using my mom's facebook to post this.
Many of my family and friends know Quila, and how we came into each other’s lives, for those who don’t … here is our story:
Quila was born August 14, 2001 in Cuernavaca Mexico. She was only 2 weeks old when I found her abandoned by her owner.
While in Mexico that summer, in the wee hours of the night I was awoken by the cries of a small animal. Not able to sleep knowing there was an animal in distress, I decided to investigate.
What I found was one of the most amazing things I had ever laid eyes on. There was this tiny Black baby puppy left all alone in the dark alley behind the house where I was staying. I took care of her for the next few weeks and fell completely in love with her, so I decided to bring her home to Canada with me where she has been ever since.
Flash forward 13 years …..
On May 25th, 2014 I took Quila in for some dental surgery she badly needed, (6 teeth pulled). Before the surgery her blood tests and examination showed her to be in excellent health, and a good candidate for the surgery.
Quila seemed to be much better after the dental surgery for a while but over about 6 to 8 weeks I began to notice subtle changes. She just wasn’t herself, and it got to a point where I just knew something was wrong.
On the morning of Friday, August 15th. I brought Quila into the Vet to get her blood work redone. At 4:30pm that same day my vet called back to say that Quila was critically ill and in need of immediate emergency Vet Care. In a near panic I took her to the Guardian Vet Center in Edmonton.
Quila needed a blood transfusion immediately or she would not survive the night. From the blood work taken the doctor knew that her red blood cells were being attacked and destroyed, but they did not know why.
She was given chest X-rays and an ultrasound to determine if there was anything to indicate a tumor. All her tests came back negative. After the blood transfusion, Quila showed incredible signs of recovery and after 2 days in the hospital, she was allowed to come home.
On August 29th. Quila had a relapse and had to go back in for another blood transfusion.
She is diagnosed with IMHA – Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia, caused by a dysfunction of the immune system. The bottom line is that they need to run more tests to find out what is causing her illness. To date the Veterinary bill is upwards of about $ 8,000.00 (not including her dental surgery in May.)
I don’t want to give up, because it is still possible she could recover completely.
Since Quila came into my life, we have been inseparable, and the bond we share is an amazing love story. As much as I saved Quila in 2001, She also saved me....
There are so many animals out there suffering and in need of generous help from people who care, that it is difficult to even ask that you help Quila. I know that friends and family will pitch in and help if they can, and I absolutely understand not everyone can do it, but even a little will mean a lot, so please know I am very grateful for any amount you might possibly give to help Quila.
