help me get to KU medical

Hello, I'm Jessica, I'm 29 years old and have been diagnosed with lupus, lupus nephritis, anticardiolipin syndrome and ovarian tumors, all of this in the last year.

I have now started to have twitching and horribly disturbing hallucinations, it is caused from something called paraneoplastic syndrome, I had treatments for this and the treatments didn't work.

my neurologist Dr.Mayans needs me to go to Kansas city to see a Dr art the KU medical clinic that specializes in this syndrome. The car I have needs work done to make it there, so I am asking for help with a rental car, our hotel stay, money to help with bills so my boyfriend can take a few days off of work to take me, I get tired easy and need his help.

I also need help fixing the car we have for future appointments to k.c.

This year has been the hardest year of my life, having money help us get to Kansas city would be such a blessing. I would love to have a normal or close to normal life again.
