Jazlyne's medical expenses

On Monday morning 04.09.18 @ 0730, every parent's worse nightmare came true, there was a man banging on the door of our house, he asked if I was the mom of Jazlyne, when I responded yes, he told me she was in an accident, there was an ambulance already there and I needed to go now. When stepdad and I arrived on the scene, my only baby girl was laying in the middle of the road, surrounded by people. Jazlyne was walking through the school cross walk to get on a bus to go to Great Plains Technology Center for class when she was struck by a utility truck. She was taken by ambulance to CCMH where they discovered she would need a trauma team and sent her medi flight to OU. She has internal injuries to include a grade 4 laceration to her liver and multiple fractures. She suffered internal bleeding, had to receive pints of RBC blood and plasma, an angiogram was done to stop the bleeding for now. They placed her right leg in traction this afternoon and tomorrow morning she will have multiple surgeries on an anterior and posterior fracture to the pelvis and a fractured humerus to the right arm. With all of this being said, I am the primary financial provider for our home. I'm a home health nurse and my job put me on emergency leave of absence but I have no PTO's so we are asking for any help we can get right now with travel expenses, lodging, gas, food and any thing our home may need like food, utilities while we're up here. Tommy, Jazlyne's step dad, my other half, is with our 2 boys in Cache while I'm in the city with Jazlyne. Our Cache community, teachers, classmates of Jazlyne's, parents of Cache students, previous and current co-workers, my friends from junior high and high school, friends of our family, and our family have been amazing and have truly shown us how much we are loved!
