Funeral Costs

Phyllis Ann Linville, age 69, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018, surrounded by her family and enveloped within their love. She was born on December 15, 1948 in West Virginia to Keith and Margaret Newcomer. After attending a one-room schoolhouse in Tango, WV, and leaving in 1968, she and her soon-to-be-husband, William B. Linville, moved to Cleveland, OH. Phyllis and William married on November 29, 1968, and began their life of more than 49 years together, starting and nurturing their family. Phyllis is survived by her beloved husband, William; children: Rodney L. Linville, Rhonda L. Scarbo, Ranae L. Lewis, and Ronald L. Linville; sons-in-law: Richard Scarbo and John E. Lewis; and three grandchildren: John W. Lewis, Jordi Summers and Izabella Walker; sisters: Wilma Wade and Penny Young; brothers: John Rose, Earl Newcomer and Terri Newcomer. Her legacy of unconditional love and empathy for others lives on in all of the members of her family and the many other friends and loved ones whose lives she touched.

As there was no insurance, the family requests, donations, in lieu of flowers, to help with the funeral costs.
