Deanna's Medical Fund

Our dear friend Deanna Flournoy has been battling for months with crippling medical issues. She was finally diagnosed with a tumor on her pituitary gland, which has caused her to develop Cushing's disease. Surgery to remove the tumor is scheduled for February 28th. She is required to pay the hospital 50% of her portion of the cost up front before they will proceed with surgery. Brain surgery is so expensive and her medical bills are already mounting in the thousands of dollars. Exhaustive diagnostic testing, traveling back and forth to Dallas for doctor appointments, missed work, and the upcoming cost of brain surgery to remove the tumor, has overwhelmed the family financially. This precious family of five needs your help in order for their wonderful mother and wife to get the surgery she desperately needs.
If you are a teacher, student, or a member of the Pleasant Grove Community, you are likely a friend to someone in this family, or have children who have been taught by Deanna. We are asking that all of Hawk Nation and friends and family, please help us help them through this very serious situation.
